How much does it cost to let a commercial property?

Our Let Only service is a flat fee of £995, and our Managed Service is 8% of the rent. Both prices include VAT.

What is the difference between Let Only and Managed?

Let Only covers finding your tenant: photos, floorplans, a ‘To Let’ board, advertising, viewings, negotiation and chasing solicitors. The Managed Service includes all of that, plus independent third-party inventories, maintenance and rent collection.

Is there a fee if you don’t find a tenant?

No. Our lettings work on a no let, no fee basis.

Will my property be advertised on Rightmove?

Yes. The commercial properties we let are listed on Rightmove as well as on our own website.
